You understand your anxiety. It hasn't stopped the pattern.

Why You Can't Think Your Way Out of Panic.

A clinical guide to why anxiety and panic don't answer to reason, and what reaches them instead.

You can know a great deal about your anxiety and still be frightened of it. You can name the trigger, explain the physiology to someone else, understand exactly why the body does what it does, and none of it stops the moment the sensations start to climb.

The understanding isn't the problem. The part of you doing the understanding and the part of you running the panic aren't the same part, and they don't speak the same language. One reasons. The other reacts, faster than thought, on information it gathered a long time ago.

This eight-page guide is about what is actually running in those moments, why reasoning with it has never reached it, and what does.

What’s Inside

✔ The three ways anxiety and panic show up, and what each one is actually doing underneath

✔ The second-fear loop, why fighting the sensations makes them bigger, and what stops the climb

✔ Why insight hasn't been enough on its own, and where the work has to happen instead

✔ A body-first practice for the next wave when it comes
