WHY THE PATTERN KEEPS REPEATING
The pattern you keep noticing began as a belief formed early in life, before you had the awareness to question it. Your nervous system learned it, stored it, and has been running it in the background ever since.
Insight helps you recognise the pattern. It rarely changes it. Lasting change happens at the level where the original belief still lives, in the body and the subconscious mind. That is the level this work goes to.

Your body takes over before your brain catches up
You know what you want to say. You've planned the response. But in the moment your body does something else. You freeze, you shut down, or you react in a way you didn't choose and can't take back.
WHY THIS HAPPENS
Your nervous system operates beneath conscious thought. When it detects threat it downregulates the prefrontal cortex, the part responsible for rational thinking and impulse control. Knowing what to do isn't enough, because your thinking brain is briefly offline.
You swing between wired and wiped out
Some days you're wired: racing thoughts, restless, unable to sit still. Other days you're shut down: numb, exhausted, disconnected. You never quite know which version of yourself you'll wake up as.
WHY THIS HAPPENS
Your system is oscillating between hyperarousal and shutdown, stuck in protective mode. When it becomes chronic, cortisol stays elevated, which affects sleep, energy and your ability to think clearly under pressure.

What RTT® is
Rapid Transformational Therapy works at the level where your patterns are actually stored: the subconscious mind. You can understand your triggers completely and still find your body doing the same thing, because the pattern isn't held in the thinking brain.
RTT® is a holistic, combination therapy that uses a structured hypnotherapy process to find where a belief formed and update it with one that supports your life now. It works through neuroplasticity, your brain's ability to build new pathways, so your nervous system can stop defaulting to protection when it's no longer needed.
IT ISN’T MYSTICAL
It's accessing the theta brain state, the same relaxed, focused state you pass through just before sleep, where pattern change happens more easily. You stay aware and in control the whole time.

I've worked in the New Zealand health sector for over 20 years, including a decade as a physiotherapist in respiratory and neurological rehabilitation, and a decade in corporate leadership, all while caregiving for a disabled family member and raising children.
That gave me a lived and clinical understanding of nervous system dysregulation from every angle: the physiology, workplace burnout, and the cumulative strain of long-term caregiving alongside real responsibility. I didn't just study how the nervous system changes under prolonged stress. I lived it.
My work goes to the root cause, we don’t just treat the symptoms. RTT® for the belief patterns, regulation tools for the body, and clinical assessment beneath it all, across every area the pattern shows up, work, sleep, relationships and capacity.

The questions people ask first

Therapy helps you understand your patterns, and that understanding matters. This work is about changing them, at the level of the nervous system and the belief underneath. Most people who come to me already understand exactly why they react the way they do, and the body keeps doing it regardless: wired before a meeting, flat by evening, awake at 2am when everything in them wants to sleep. Understanding hasn't shifted it, because the pattern isn't held in the conscious mind. RTT® finds the root belief and reframes it where it's stored, and the regulation work builds your body's capacity to hold the change.

No. If meditation made you feel worse, that's a sign your nervous system was in shutdown and needed activation, not more stillness. When you're already exhausted, disconnected and foggy, calming techniques tend to drop you deeper in. Here you learn to read what state your system is actually in and match the right tool to it, rather than defaulting to 'calm down' and hoping.

Many people understand their triggers intellectually, but their body still reacts, because the pattern is stored below conscious awareness. It isn't mystical. It's accessing theta brain states, where pattern change happens more easily. I use RTT® specifically for the subconscious patterns driving chronic stress, anxiety, panic and burnout.

Yes. Everything is delivered online via Zoom, so you can be anywhere in New Zealand or Australia. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection.

Yes. Standalone RTT® sessions are $450, run 90 minutes, and include a personalised recording. They work best for people who've already done some therapeutic or nervous system work and want targeted pattern change.
