6. RTT® informed consent
What RTT® is: Rapid Transformational Therapy uses hypnosis to access your subconscious mind and identify the root belief driving a pattern, then reframes it.
How it works:
You enter a relaxed, focused state (you remain conscious and in control)
We explore the origin of limiting beliefs
We reframe those experiences
We create a personalised transformation recording for you to listen to daily
You should know:
You stay aware and in control throughout
You can stop at any time
Not everyone responds to hypnosis the same way
You will remember what happens
Potential benefits:
Transformation of limiting beliefs
Reduced anxiety or reactivity
Improved nervous system regulation
Greater self-awareness
Potential risks:
Temporary emotional discomfort when processing memories
Brief fatigue after sessions
Resurfacing of suppressed emotions
Initial increase in awareness before improvement
Not suitable if you have:
Active psychosis or severe mental illness
Epilepsy (without medical clearance)
Current dissociative episodes
Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Your transformation recording:
Created specifically for you (15–25 minutes)
You'll be asked to listen daily for a minimum of 21 days
It is your responsibility to save and keep your recording
We may retain a copy for our records but this is not guaranteed
The recording is personal to you and not for sharing
