6. RTT Informed Consent

What RTT is: Rapid Transformational Therapy uses hypnosis to access your subconscious mind and transform limiting beliefs.

How it works:

  • You enter a relaxed, focused state (you remain conscious and in control)

  • We explore the origin of limiting beliefs

  • We reframe those experiences

  • We create a personalised transformation recording for you

You should know:

  • You stay aware and in control throughout

  • You can stop at any time

  • Not everyone responds to hypnosis the same way

  • You'll remember what happens

Potential benefits:

  • Transformation of limiting beliefs

  • Reduced anxiety or reactivity

  • Improved nervous system regulation

  • Greater self-awareness

Potential risks:

  • Temporary emotional discomfort when processing memories

  • Brief fatigue after sessions

  • Resurfacing of suppressed emotions

  • Initial increase in awareness before improvement

Not suitable if you have:

  • Active psychosis or severe mental illness

  • Epilepsy (without medical clearance)

  • Current dissociative episodes

  • Are under influence of alcohol or drugs

Your transformation recording:

  • Created specifically for you (15-25 minutes)

  • Listen daily for minimum 21 days

  • It's your property - don't share it

  • We don't retain a copy
