A Clear, Neuroscience-led Pathway out of

Anxiety and Panic

Five weeks of focused 1:1 work to calm your body, change the belief layer, and rebuild your capacity to live without the constant edge.

Who Is This Built For?

Four patterns I see most often:

Panic‑dominant

Your anxiety spikes fast. A wave hits out of nowhere and you notice your heart racing, breath shortening, and the sense you’re losing control. You recover, but you’re left on alert for the next one.

Generalised anxious arousal

You live in a constant hum of tension. Not panic but never calm. Your mind loops, your body stays tight, and rest feels like something you have to earn.

Anxious‑vigilant

You scan for what could go wrong. You over‑prepare, over‑think, and over‑function. People rely on you because you’re always ahead of the problem, but it costs you.

Anxious‑with‑shutdown

Your system swings between overwhelm and collapse. You push hard, then hit a wall. You’re not just tired all the time. Your nervous system is trying to protect you.

If you recognise yourself in any of these patterns, this programme is built for you.

What’s actually happening?

The clinical piece

Anxiety and panic are the result of a nervous system stuck in sympathetic dominance with cortisol running high, the body bracing for threat, and the second‑fear loop amplifying every sensation. Your system is over‑protecting you.

The work here is to calm the body, interrupt the loop, and change the belief layer that keeps the pattern in place.

Whether that's anxiety, stress eating, anger, weight, confidence, or a stress response that won't downregulate, the process is the same. We find where the belief was formed, and we change it.

Why What You’ve Tried Hasn’t Worked

Insight alone doesn’t shift capacity. You can understand your anxiety perfectly and still feel it every day.

CBT helps with thoughts, but not always with the body. Meditation helps with calm, but not when your system is already running hot. Willpower works until it doesn’t, because you can’t out‑think a physiological state.

This programme works at the architecture level: body, belief, and behaviour.

Five sessions. One clear pathway.

Week 1: The body map

We identify your specific anxiety pattern, complete the GAD‑7 and BPQ‑SF assessments, and map how your system responds under load.

Week 2: Regulation and capacity

You learn the exact body‑level tools that match your pattern. Targeted regulation that works with your physiology.

Week 3: The architecture of your anxiety

We identify the belief layer and the second‑fear loop that keeps the pattern alive. This is the cognitive‑mechanism week.

Week 4: Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)® session

A full RTT® hypnotherapy session to change the belief architecture at its root. You receive a personalised transformation recording to listen to for 21 days.

Week 5: Your personal manual

We consolidate everything into a manual you take with you: your pattern, your tools, your belief shifts, and your ongoing plan.

This is a focused programme for anxiety or panic as the primary issue. If your pattern is part of long‑term chronic stress or burnout, EMBODY is the better choice for you.

Anxiety or EMBODY?

Which is right for me?

If anxiety or panic is the specific thing you want to work on, this programme is the right fit. If your nervous system has been running hot for years - across work, relationships, sleep, and identity, then EMBODY is the whole‑pattern option.

Patterns Like These Have a Root Belief

Whether it's anxiety, weight, anger, or burnout, these patterns share something in common: they're not caused by a lack of knowledge or discipline. You already know what you should be doing. The problem is that your subconscious holds a belief that was formed long before your conscious mind had any say in the matter, and that belief is still running the show.

Someone who can't stop stress eating often isn't hungry. Their nervous system learned early that food meant safety or comfort, and it still reaches for that strategy under pressure. Someone whose anger flares disproportionately isn't choosing to react that way. Their system learned that control or aggression was the safest response to feeling threatened, and it fires before the thinking brain catches up.

Someone whose cortisol stays elevated despite meditation, supplements, and lifestyle changes isn't doing it wrong. Their nervous system is responding to a perceived threat that was learned years ago, and no amount of surface-level intervention reaches the layer where that programme lives.

RTT® works at that layer. We find where the belief was formed, understand why it made sense at the time, and update it so your nervous system can respond to your actual life instead of a version of it that no longer exists.

How to Book

Everyone starts with a free discovery call. 30 minutes to talk through what you want to work on and make sure this is the right approach for you. If it's a good fit, I'll send you a direct booking link for the session after the call.

Or email me directly at info@genevievegray.co.nz

A note on fit

If you're currently in acute mental health crisis, significant dissociation, or active psychosis, this isn't the right work for where you are. RTT and nervous system regulation are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care, and they work best alongside any clinical care you're already in, not instead of it.

If you're on medication, already seeing a therapist, or just not sure whether this fits, email me before booking and we can work it out together.

    —Lorraine, Wellington

  • "I had an RTT session with Genevieve, and what stood out the most was how safe and grounded she made the space feel. That mattered, because it allowed me to go into parts of my past that I wouldn’t usually sit with or explore on my own. Her guidance was steady and thoughtful. The way she asked questions helped me connect patterns I hadn’t fully understood before-especially around what I had internalized from my parents, what I carried forward, and how those patterns were still shaping my thoughts and reactions. It wasn’t just insight for the sake of insight. Something shifted in how I see things now. I’ve noticed real changes in my thinking since the session, and the recording she provided has been a big part of reinforcing that. It’s helped me continue building on what came up during the session. There’s a difference between talking about your past and actually understanding it in a way that creates change-and that’s what this felt like. I’m genuinely grateful for the experience and the care she brings to her work!"
