THE CLINICAL PIECE
What's actually happening
Anxiety and panic are what you feel when the nervous system is stuck in sympathetic dominance: cortisol running high, the body braced for threat, and the second-fear loop amplifying every sensation until the fear of the feeling becomes its own trigger. Your system isn't broken. It's over-protecting you.
The work is to calm the body, interrupt the loop, and change the belief layer underneath that keeps the pattern firing when there's nothing to fire at.
Why what you've tried hasn't worked
Insight alone doesn't shift capacity. You can understand your anxiety perfectly and still feel it every day.
CBT helps with thoughts, but not always with the body.
Meditation helps with calm, but not when your system is already running hot.
Willpower works until it doesn't, because you can't out-think a physiological state.

We identify your specific anxiety pattern, complete the clinical assessments, and map how your system responds under load.
02 Regulation and capacity
You learn the exact body-level tools that match your pattern. Targeted regulation that works with your physiology, not generic calming tools.
03 The architecture of your anxiety
We find the belief layer and the second-fear loop keeping the pattern alive. This is the cognitive-mechanism week.
04 Your RTT® session
A full RTT® hypnotherapy session to change the belief at its root, plus a personalised transformation recording you listen to for 21 days.
05 Your personal manual
We consolidate everything into a manual you keep: your pattern, your tools, your belief shifts, and your ongoing plan.

Everyone starts with a free 30-minute call. We talk through what you want to work on and make sure this is the right approach for you. If it's a good fit, I'll send you a direct booking link after the call.
A note on fit. If you're currently in acute mental health crisis, significant dissociation, or active psychosis, this isn't the right work for where you are. RTT® and nervous system regulation aren't a substitute for medical or psychiatric care, and they work best alongside any clinical care you're already in. If you're on medication, already seeing a therapist, or just not sure whether this fits, email me before booking and we'll work it out together.
